Education and communication are primary components of our work in the museum. In addition to more traditional means of communicating, such as object labels, catalogues, public lectures and guided tours, there are today many, e.g. digital and interactive, communication formats as well as educational opportunities available for various target audiences, in particular for children.

But these are not the only components of professional museum work. A significant part of the original tasks of museums generally remains hidden to the public: collecting, conserving and research. The results of the work in these areas constitutes the basis for exhibitions and communication.
