Long Night of Munich Museums 2022
Location : Beide Häuser am Königsplatz

The Long Night of Munich Museums will take place on Saturday, 15 October 2022. We will also be opening the Glyptothek and the Staatliche Antikensammlungen from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.

19.00 - 22.00: Our curators will be available as ciceroni for questions and short tours.

This year we are again offering a family programme from 2 to 5 pm. You can find more information → here.


Tickets for the Long Night of Museums are available at the museum box offices and on the → Long Night of Museums website.

The regular ticket price for the Long Night of Munich Museums is 17.90 euros.

Medusa Rondanini

Gorgo Medusa is one of the most horrible creatures of Greek myth. Looking at her turned every mortal into stone. Marble copy dating from the Roman period of Medusa’s head on the shield of the statue of Athena in the Parthenon around 440 B.C.

Barberini Faun
